## Versions

Every document shows at the top when it was last updated. If we change anything material in the terms or the data processing agreement, we e-mail you at least 30 days in advance. We send you earlier versions on request.

You can download the terms and the data processing agreement as a PDF, with a checksum (SHA-256) that lets you check which version you kept. You save other documents as a PDF with your browser’s print button. The terms, the data processing agreement, the security page and the sub-processor list were written in Dutch and also exist in English. Where the texts differ, the Dutch text prevails.

- **19 October 2026**: First version of all of ombra’s legal documents.
