### Is the waiting list useful if I work on my own?

Yes. Every intake request through your form lands on your waiting list by itself, and you add a phone call yourself. You see at a glance who is waiting and for how long, as a table or a board, with the status Waiting list, Assessment, In treatment or Closed.

### Do I have to re-enter an intake request’s details in the record?

No. When you turn an intake request into a record, the name, email, phone and reason for seeking help come along.
